Ingredients for Strawberries and Cream Muffins
- *2 ½ Cups all-purpose flour
- *1 Tsp baking powder
- *1 Cup brown sugar
- *all three of the above ingredients can be replaced with 3 cups of the dry Homemade Bulk Muffin Mix
- ¾ Cup heavy cream
- 1 Tsp vanilla extract
- ½ Cup butter
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup sliced strawberries
Glaze
- ¼ Cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsps milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a bowl whisk the egg, butter, sugar, and heavy cream.
- Incorporate the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and strawberries. Mix until getting a uniform batter.
- Put baking cups in a muffin tray and pour one scoop of batter into each one.
- Bake the muffins for 20-30 minutes, or until they have a golden-brown color.
- Remove from the oven, and set them on a rack to cool down.
- For the glaze, combine the sugar and milk until getting a thick mixture.
- Drizzle the glaze over the muffins.
- Serve and enjoy.
