Strawberries and Cream Homemade Muffins (Perfect for Strawberry Lovers)

  • 2 ½ Cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ Cup heavy cream
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ Cup butter
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ Cup powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsps milk
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl whisk the egg, butter, sugar, and heavy cream.
  3. Incorporate the all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and strawberries. Mix until getting a uniform batter.
  4. Put baking cups in a muffin tray and pour one scoop of batter into each one.
  5. Bake the muffins for 20-30 minutes, or until they have a golden-brown color.
  6. Remove from the oven, and set them on a rack to cool down.
  7. For the glaze, combine the sugar and milk until getting a thick mixture.
  8. Drizzle the glaze over the muffins.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
