Y’all are in for a super awesome, easy treat today! Oreo Cheesecake Fudge! There are not many treats that are as yummy as this in the world. I love cheesecake, I like Oreos and so the combo together is just amazing…did I mention it is fudge so that means that chocolate is involved? White chocolate, that is. Which is a creamy, smooth version of chocolate that leaves an unforgettable taste in your mouth.
Fudge is my go-to treat to make because everyone you share it with thinks that you think the world of them….which could be the case. But the fact that it is easy, pretty frugal (especially compared to buying it made) and completely amazing is the REAL reason. But we won’t tell anyone and let them bask in the thoughts that I completely adore them more than anyone else. 🙂
Well, here’s how to make these melt-in-your-mouth morsels!
Ingredients Needed For Oreo Cheesecake Fudge:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 4 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 15 ounces white chocolate, chopped
- 15 Oreo cookies, broken into chunks
How To Make Oreo Cheesecake Fudge:
- In the bowl of your mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and no lumps remain.
- In the top of a double boiler (or just a glass bowl set over a pot) over lightly simmering water, heat white chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir the melted white chocolate and 3/4 of the Oreo cookies into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread into a parchment lined small baking dish (8×8 if you have one). Press the remaining cookies into the top of the fudge to make it look pretty.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before cutting.
- Slice into small squares, this stuff is rich but oh so good!
Enjoy! Another reason why I like fudge is that is is perfect for all seasons, reasons and occasions. They freeze well too. So I keep a stock in my freezer to hand out when a neighbor, friends, etc. have shown an act of kindness as a way to say “thanks” and for “just because” reasons. You can almost be certain that if you stop by my house, you may end up with some sweet morsel of some rich chocolatey kind in your hands (and in your mouth very shortly).

Does this fudge have to be refrigerated, or can it be stored at from temperature after the initial setting-up?
