Strawberry Ricotta Parfait Cups

This year, we have shared a bunch of fun, DIY Valentine’s Card Ideas and provided lots of free printables for you too! Well, Valentine’s Day wouldn’t be complete without a yummy treat to share. And this one for Strawberry Ricotta Parfait Cups recipe.

Also, if you are looking for a delicious dessert for a low-sugar diet, this is also a perfect one as it can be adjusted using the sugar free and low sugar ingredients.

Ingredients for Strawberry Ricotta Parfait Cups:

    • 1 large box Strawberry Jello
    • 1 large container of Cool Whip
    • 1 container of Ricotta cheese
    • Reddi Whip whipping cream
    • 1 basket of fresh strawberries

  • Follow the speed set directions on the box of Strawberry Jello
  • Spoon a layer of prepared strawberry jello in the bottom of a parfait cup
  • Put this in the refrigerator to allow the  first level of jello to set
  • Add several tablespoons of the strawberry jello to the container of cool whip.
  • Stir to mix well.
  • Add this layer of strawberry jello cool whip mix on top of them first layer of jello.
  • Place this in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to set.
  • Top this layer with a second layer of strawberry jello.
  • Place in the refrigerator to set.
  • Spoon a layer of ricotta cheese on top of the set second layer of  strawberry jello.
  • Add a helping of Reddi Whip whipping cream on top
  • Make a small slice in the fresh strawberry allowing you to put the strawberry on the side of the parfait glass.
  • Return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.

It’s that easy and not to mention frugal! But it has such a nice presentation and perfect for any occasion and another Valentine’s idea too!

A beautiful and tasty layered dessert. It can also be adjusted for those that need to have a low-sugar diet by using sugar free ingredients.
Ingredients
  • 1 large box Strawberry Jello
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip
  • 1 container of Ricotta cheese
  • Reddi Whip whipping cream
  • 1 basket of fresh strawberries
Instructions
  1. Follow the speed set directions on the box of Strawberry Jello
  2. Spoon a layer of prepared strawberry jello in the bottom of a parfait cup
  3. Put this in the refrigerator to allow the first level of jello to set

  10. Spoon a layer of ricotta cheese on top of the set second layer of strawberry jello.
  11. Add a helping of Reddi Whip whipping cream on top
  12. Make a small slice in the fresh strawberry allowing you to put the strawberry on the side of the parfait glass.
  13. Return to the refrigerator until ready to serve.
