How To Make Cranberry Orange Cookies
Ingredients needed for Cranberry Orange Cookies:
- 1 stick of unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 C white sugar
- 1 C grated oranges
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 2 C dried cranberries
- 2 C white chocolate chips
Directions for Cranberry Orange Cookies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a standing mixer, cream butter, orange peel, sugar until fluffy
- Add in the egg
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually mix into the wet ingredients
- Mix in the cranberries and white chocolate chips
- Scoop some batter with a small ice cream scoop onto the baking sheet, two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- While cookies are baking make the glaze

- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually mix into the wet ingredients
- Mix in the cranberries and white chocolate chips
- Scoop some batter with a small ice cream scoop onto the baking sheet, two inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes
- While cookies are baking make the glaze
- Mix together ½ C orange peel, 1 C powder sugar, ¼ C orange juice drizzle onto warm cookies after the cookies are placed on a wire rack.
