Free Downloads of Our Personal Thrifty Holiday Planner That We Made For You: Part 3 – Spending Tracker, Events Calendar and Travel Plans

Are you ready for some more downloads to make your Christmas and holiday season more organized, thrifty and smooth?  Well, today we are going to share three more, but don’t forget to download the budget summary, gift planners, and food planners with mutli-pages for you to pick and choose for what you need!

Today, we are sharing 3 one-page downloads for travel planning, event calendar and planning as well as a spending tally to keep track easily of your current Christmas and holiday budget.

First, we will share the spending tracking tally sheet. Similar to a check register, just fill this out starting with your beginning balance and then include any additional deposits throughout the season (from your planned set-aside amount or from extra income earned).  Also, keep track of what you spent and where so that you can quickly know how much you have left and not overspend or be caught by surprise.

You can download the Christmas and Holiday Spending Tracking Tally Sheet, by clicking on the link below! You can then print it to put in your binder or stapled with the other downloads coming to make a full plan!

The second download covers any  travel plans that you may have, whether an actual flight trip or a road trip to help calculate and compare the best gas, airline, hotel and more.  Honestly, we rarely travel for Christmas and if we do, it is a small road trip, but we love to travel and so we have this plan for our travel throughout the year stored in our travel binder for us to use.  But it works for Christmas travels too, so we are sharing it with you here too!

The final download that we are going to share today is for any special occasions and events planned throughout this season.  I actually keep two copies of this, one in my binder and one of the fridge so when I get emails/phone calls, etc.  I am already able to quickly glance at my holiday commitment schedule. But the second copy in my binder allows me to have it there for my complete holiday planning!

So here’s the next additions as you put together your 2012 Holiday and Christmas Planning binder! Keep watching for more downloads each day this week to make your season thrifty, organized and complete! We still have a few more to share with you!

My husband and I are struggling, and have been for 8 years now (our whole marriage) with our finances. We have just made a budget, and I’ve started couponing again. It seems like this holiday binder is exactly what I need to help keep this Christmas in check with our new budget. Thank you so much. :)
