Dear Friends and Dear Readers On The East Coast In The Path of Hurricane Sandy,
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you this day as you brace and prepare and ride through the storm and path of Hurricane Sandy.
We live out here in the Wild, Wild West and have never experienced anything like what we are watching on the television right now. It is quite amazing to see what is going on there from a distance and its seems like it would be quite scary.
Please know that myself, Alex and all 5 of our children are praying for you and hoping that you can make it through with no damage and no things lost and most of all – that you and your loved ones are safe! We look forward to seeing this storm over and you all being able to get back to normal life.
Please be safe, take the recommended precautions and take care of yourselves.
With Many Prayers,
The Thrifty Couple and Family
Thank you for the kind words and prayers. We are south of Philly and it is getting scary. Wind and rain is whipping like crazy. Just anticipating no electricity and not looking forward to a cold damp house for the next few days!
Oh Sara! We’ve been watching on the tv, and it looks awfully scary. Please stay safe! God Bless! Cassie
Prayers have been going up for 2 days for the east coast & beyond…God put His arm around all of you and keep you safe. I’ve seen quite a bit on the Weather Channel & it is indeed scary. I get scared in a bad thunderstorm here in Northern Michigan which is a piece of cake compared to what hurricanes do. We’re even getting some high winds & higher tomorrow from this storm-unbelievable how far it travels.
