It’s time for recipe #3 for our week long 5-course summer meal! Today’s recipe can’t technically be called a recipe as it is just mixing two ingredients to make a super awesome fruit dip! This recipe is from our friend Connie from church and we fell in love with our first bite! This is such a great dip for so many occasions, but when mixed with the seasonal berries and pineapple it is amazing! Now we are not claiming it is healthy, or good for you, but every once in a while it is nice to indulge in a super sweet and fruity summer treat!

So the name of this dip is Silky Sweet Fruit Dip.

Here’s the ingredients needed:

  • 1 8oz block of cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 7 oz. container of marshmallow creme

How to make (Are you ready?  This is really complicated:):

  • Mix the cream cheese and the marshmallow creme together
  • Serve with fresh fruit
  • Enjoy the silky smooth creaminess!

This dip is really good if you add a little ginger, orange zest, and juice from an orange.

This is a great dip for fresh fruit. I have been making it for years. It is also really good if you use strawberry cream cheese instead of the regular cream cheese.
