Do you use Agave Nectar as a sugar and sweetener substitute in your house? Thanks to my parents – we use this as a staple in our home now. We also have seen it mentioned on the Dr. Oz show quite a bit as well. There are apparently many pluses to using it, but here is some information we found from the site allaboutagave.com:
