Homemade Calendar Idea – Monthly Themes with Handprints

What a fun gift idea and a fun way to make a 2014 calendar for home or for a gift. This is a unique and different idea to make a personalized calendar! We found this idea on Pinterest and can imagine the possibilities of what you can make for each month! I love handprint projects (if you haven’t discovered that already :)) and so this is another one!

We found some ideas online and you may be able to find them in craft stores as well.

For one idea, you can buy a calendar kit that includes all of the dates and decor in place and you just need to put the handprint designs at the top of the page.  There is a kit called the Scrapbooking Calendar Kit that would work for this idea! Another idea is to start with a totally blank slate and decorate and fill it all in.  There is one that you can be that is blank to complete this project for $8.84 HERE shipped free.
