If your Sam’s Club has a Pharmacy, then you might want to check into this free offer for this coming Saturday, August 11, 2012. Sam’s Club is offering free kids health screenings from 11am – 3pm.
These health screenings are a $150 value and include the following:
- Tests for oral health
- Vision screening
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Blood pressure
- Free “Healthy Teeth, Healthy Me” kits to help teach children about good oral health habits
