Easter Carrot Bars

Want a fun, frugal and non-sugary treat to share at Easter this year? Then try these adorable Easter Carrot Bars.

It is like a cross between the fresh veggie and cream cheese pizza, but with a spring/Easter overlay, by cutting it into triangles and make a fun design – plus adding CHEESE!

My kids LOVE these for two reasons – they are super tasty and they are super fun.

I love these for three reasons – they are super easy, super frugal, and super fast.

I also do love the fact that I can share a non-sweet themed surprise with the kids and at gatherings during this time of year. I share a lot of sweet treats because everyone wants some great ideas on a budget, but these are the treats I prefer to take to parties and gatherings.

Now that I have mentioned how easy these are, let’s get to making them!

How to make Easter Carrot Bars

Ingredients needed for Easter Carrot Bars:

Easter Carrot Bars

  • 2—Tubes Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz. pkg. Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz. pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 oz. pkg. Shredded Carrots
  • Broccoli Florets, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Ranch Seasoning

Directions for Easter Carrot Bars:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. On a baking sheet, press the crescent roll dough out and make sure seams are pinched tight and bake for 10-12 minutes.

5. Take a knife and lightly make lines in the cream cheese in the shape of 14 triangles all over the pan.

6. Now just make your carrots by sprinkling the broccoli along the top of edge of each triangle and sprinkle cheese and carrots on the rest of each triangle.
