You will love this Oreo Cookie Candy Bark, because it is cheap, easy and delicious (again, the theme of the recipes around here!)

I am always looking for fun ways to make a new dessert with Oreos. For some reason, they seem to be the universal cookie of the tastiest desserts…at least desserts that include cookies.

So our final recipe for our Patriotic Recipes this year (remember, each year I share several!) is a Candy Cookie Bark using Oreos and other candy pieces.

This recipe is crazy easy and pretty inexpensive to make yourself. BUT…if you were to buy “candy bark” at the store, the price per lb. is crazy ridiculous.

It’s similar to fudge. I love make fudge because it’s about 5 minutes of hands-on time, a few ingredients and super easy. Yest the price per lb. of fudge is quite pricey.

So spend a few minutes in the kitchen instead of the store and make it yourself and save a ton of money!
