I have bought these before when they have been cheap and I have “doubled” the portion by adding more veggies and even tuna or chicken. They are made for “family size” meals, but with our family of 7, it didn’t go real far. So just adding those extras really helped to make this a one-dish meal for our family and although it wasn’t as “cheese saucy” it was still really good! We sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese when we serve it to help add back in more of that cheesy flavor! This work’s well for one of those “last minute emergency meals!”
