Legos are the all-time favorite toy in our house! But they are also the all-time annoyance, pain giver and torturer you can endure!
You see, we have a rolling cart on our main level with Legos galore and fun to be had all around…. until someone steps on one! This rolling cart seems to follow us and “throw” Legos out at random!

This video is totally about Alex! I always know when he stepped on a Lego, no matter where I am at in the house or yard – I can hear it! I tend to be a bit more cautious and have much less accidents than Alex… Maybe it is the wife multi-tasking thing that saves me, or perhaps it’s just because I am always expecting them to be in my way! But even with that, I am not completely free from pain and torture, just not as much as Alex 🙂
Anyway, with those funny thoughts, we somehow still like to torture ourselves by stepping on Legos around here quite frequently and we just keep buying them – yes, they are the #1 toy in our house…. I am not really sure who the smart one is here. But since we are going to buy them and give ourselves as the parents more opportunities for torture, we might as well not torture our wallets too 🙂
