Amazon: As Low As FREE Diapers and REALLY Cheap Wipes Delivered To Your Door Scenarios

This post may contain affiliate links. Please read our disclosure policy here.

January 26 by Cassie 51 Comments

When we did the diaper deals post this week, we pointed out that there is a new $10 off coupon code found in SOME issues (some have the 20% off code and it is random which ones will have 20% off and which ones will have the $10 off code) of February Parenting: The Early Years (exp. 2/28/11) and the January issue of Fit Pregnancy (and possibly December and/or February issues too). This coupon is good for the baby store on Amazon – which means anything in the baby store!

This coupon can also be stacked with the 20% off coupon code found in the following magazines:

  • December Issues of Parents Magazine and Parenting: The Early Years (exp. 1/31/11)
  • January and February issues of American Baby and Baby Talk Magazines (exp. 2/28/11)
  • Latest issue of Fit Pregnancy

So, since doing the diaper deals, we thought it would be easiest for you to lay out a few scenarios again for diapers and wipes showing 2-3 final prices depending on the coupons you have: showing the totals after Subscribe and Save (S&S), totals after S&S with 20% off code, and showing S&S with 20% off and $10 off codes (which will make most of the deals nearly FREE or FREE).  We understand that not everyone will have all of the coupons, that is why we will show the different scenarios!

This will be long and fun – but bear with us and you will rake in the massive diaper and wipes savings and stock-up!

Important Notes About Using the coupons from Magazines:

The 20% off magazine codes will only work under these circumstances (and possibly the $10 too!):

  • You can only use one coupon code from each expiration date per account.  For example, if you have two 20% off coupons that expire on 1/31/11, you would only be able to use one per account.  You could use another coupon code that expires on 2/28/11 for the 20% off and a third for the 2/28/11 expiration date for the $10 off per account.
  • To use a second or more of the coupons in the time period before expiration, you will need to use different Amazon accounts (i.e. spouses, friends, parents, etc.) as you will only be able to use one coupon with the same expiration dates and discount per time period.

So wondering how to get some codes if you do not have any? Well… we are putting those on a list and handing them out as the codes come in that others are donating who do not need the codes.  But there are a few other ways to grab some coupon codes from magazines and we recommend reading this post we did last night where we shared some ideas, and then other have shared some ideas in the comments too!

UPDATE: Right now you can grab Parents Magazine subscription for as low as $1.00 (possibly FREE) – Details HERE, and Parenting: The Early Years for as low as $1.50 per year – Details HERE.

Also, Amazon’s price change frequently, so the prices above could change slightly up or down depending on when you are doing these scenarios.

We know that there is a TON of information here, but hopefully the steps are clear enough to get the best prices and deals you can get.  But, if you do have questions, please let us know and either us or another reader may be able to help!

HAVE FUN stocking up and grabbing some incredible (maybe even FREE) diaper deals!

HI … I’ve searched every page of my “parenting early years” and did not find an Amazon $10 coupon. I did however, find an Amazon 20% coupon. Should there be two separate coupons or do some magazines have the $10 and others have the 20% off? … THANKS so much for helping me, I was just about to do the 30% with 20% when I saw your post, just in time 🙂

Hi Dawn, That is interesting and very possible that (like Fit Pregnancy) it could be $10 or 20%. Ours had a $10 one for Feb. and many have reported $10, however – there is a chance that this is random too! Thanks for the tidbit of information on that!

I tried to use both the 20% off coupon and the $10 off coupon, but amazon didn’t let me do it. Anybody succeeded?

      Hi Mich,

What diapers did you try this on? There have been quite a number of people that have done this already, so any reports out there would be helpful for all as we try to figure these scenarios out!

      Thanks Mich!

I tried to use both coupons on one diapers (Pampers, Huggies), but both times I got rejected. I am sure that I haven’t used the $10 off coupon before. Don’t know why. But I am glad that some people could use both.

Do you have any extra 10$ off coupons? I know you were asking a few daysago for donations of these codes. Where could I get my hands on one of the coupons for cheap?

    Reply
    • thriftycas

Honestly, we have waaay more requests for codes than codes are being donated. They are coming in though – however, a $10 off code is very rare, about 1 in every 10-15 20% off codes we get.

Like Mich, I also tried to use both the $10 off and %20 off coupons for Huggies and Luvs, and it would not let me apply the $10 coupon stating,
“***Important Message***We’re sorry, but the promotional code you entered cannot be applied to this purchase. Please refer to your promotional coupon for information about item or store restrictions.”
I would love to know how the people that have combined these coupons did it!!!

    • thriftycas

Tiffany, were these diapers and in separate transactions? The issue might be that the 20% off code can only be used on one pack of diapers, so if you add extras – it will not let you use the 20% off. It is also on diapers only that you can use the 20% off (not wipes or other baby products). Let me know if that could possibly be the issue. Using these codes and applying both have been reported successfully dozens of times, but little “glitches” can prevent them from working.

      Thanks!

Yes, I was trying to use both coupons on a single big pack of Huggies diapers in a single transaction.

You don’t know how happy this posting has made me! I went to my son’s doctor’s appt today and to my surprise they had copies of the both Baby Talk and American Baby and found both 20% off and $10 off coupon codes. On top of that I have two $5 gcs via Swagbucks plus the $20 amazon gc for $10 that was available via groupon/living social (idk which one it was). Hence, I’m buying the 264ct Luvs sz 1 (baby is due in March) and Pampers BabyDry sz6 128 ct (i have a 1 and 2 yr old too)…. all for free! I might just stock up on wipes as well…but from what i was reading i might make a seperate order since the 20% code isn’t working on orders that include wipes.

Thanks again, ever since I found you via moneysavingmom post on diapers deals, I’m hooked!!!

    Thanks!!!!!!!

I have an extra 20% off coupon that expires 2/28 (I’ve already used one), can I use another one. Also, I just found my 1/31 can I combine it with the 2/28? Anyone know…

    Reply
    • Elena

If I’m correct, you can only use (1) 20% off code stacked with (1) $10 off code. Additionally, you can only use either codes once per account. So, if you don’t mind setting up another account with your mom’s, sister’s, etc. name, you can use it again. I have an account for me and my husband, this is how I was able to get two deals on diapers.

      Reply
    • Elena

I just tried using another $10off code for the wipes on the account I bought the diapers and it didn’t work. I wonder if the codes from January issues of magazines are different that the ones issued in February issues, does anyone know??? My magazines were both February issues of AB and BT.

      Reply
      • Nicole Peacock

You can only use one 10 dollar code per account. If you have used one before, you need to make another account to use one.

        Reply
      • thriftycas

Elena – you can only use one per account, even if you are buying a completely different baby product, until that $10 coupon expires. Once it expires, you will be able to use them again on each of the accounts. I think the $10 coupons you have expire on 2/28/11 (??), so you would need to create yet a 3rd account to use it. Once it expires, you are good to start again (so starting 3/1/11) using them on each of the accounts…. assuming there will be more in upcoming magazine issues! We can only hope 🙂

        Hope that helps!

        Reply
        • thriftycas

And for further clarification you can only use one per account of each type of coupon!

So as it stands now, everyone should be able to use one 20% off that expires on 1/31/11 and one 20% off that expires on 2/28/11 and one $10 off coupon that expires on 2/28/11 (remembering that the 20% off and $10 off ones will stack for greater discount) = a total of 3 coupons per account.

Help! I always see these scenarios where people have used both an Amazon coupon and a manufacturers coupon to get cheep diapers on Amazon. I found a 20% coupon in a magazine and i have a stockpile of manufacturers coupons and so I thought I would try it out today. Baby due in May and we are trying to slowly stock up on diapers now. I could not get it to work though. It would let me use the 20% off but not the $3 manufacturers coupons. I was not even sure where you typed the manufacturers code in. I still got a case of 84 diapers for $14 which was still a good deal but would have been nice to use the coupon too! Any suggestions? Thanks!

    Reply
    • thriftyal

Hi Nicole, Sorry for the confusion you had with purchasing the diapers. Amazon doesn’t accept paper/printed manufacturers coupons as you had hoped. What they do offer occasionally (like now) is manufacturers coupons offered right on Amazon. If you were trying to purchase the Pampers, for example, you could have just clicked on the green link in our post and it would have taken you right to the coupons offered on Amazon. I hope that helps!

From what I’ve heard with the $10 off code you can only use it once per account. Therefore, if you have used a $10 off code already in a previous purchase, you will not be able to use it again unless you make another account. If you read on the $10 off code it states that only one code can be used per account. It’s there way of drumming up more business. That might be why some people are having issues with the $10 off coupon. Hope this helps!

Hi Nicole, I left this comment above, but thought I would leave it here too in case anyone missed it!

You can only use on of each type of coupon for each account until the expiration date has passed (see more notes under Elena’s comment!

Once the expiration dates pass, then everyone can use the next round (if Amazon continues to send them out) on each account then too. I hope I am not confusing it – it is really simple, but when you are trying to run multiple transactions with coupons, this is where it gets a little confusing!

So i’m assuming that those people that I have read on other posts/blogs are doing multiple amazon accounts to place their orders. I REALLY need to stock up big time and I have a friend who has triplets and need to as well. Can one get in trouble for using different accounts and the same credit card? I Only have one card and used mine and my husbands account and it wont let me do another one with the $10 off. Thanks would love to hear how many other accounts people are doing.

IDK i haven’t tried using the same card, I have two (2 bank accounts) then my husband has his… sorry I couldn’t help you. IDK if you “can” get in trouble, i’ve used my maiden and current name for my two accounts. in addition i have my husband’s account, all three have the same mailing address. I guess if you did run into a problem, try asking a relative to use their card/account and just give them the money.

I actually just did the deal with the pampers swaddlers using a $10 code donated to me by a really nice lady and a 20% off code I had and it came out to free. If it weren’t for your post I wouldn’t have known. I cant say this enough but thank you so much 🙂

I just thought I would share with some of you what I did. I had 2 20% off coupons that expire in the same month with the same code. I just googled trade amazon 20% for Amazon $10? In like the second link I clicked on I ended up on a deal website in the comment section with a woman wanting just that! I sent her my 20% off code and she sent me her $10 off code. So if you have more than one, you might try trading them. I found you via a link from simplemomsolutions.com and I am so glad I did!

We’ve discovered that you CAN stack the 20% codes from the same expiration date if one is a YT and the other a YJ! So 20% + 20% + 15% (amazon mom discount) + 15% (subscribe/save discount) is 70% off!!!!

Hi! I just found your website. That’s so great that you are giving out 20% off Amazon diaper codes! I just found out about Amazon Mom and all the coupons that you can stack to save even more. I tried looking for the free baby and parenting mags but I can’t find any with the 20% off coupon. I’d love any 20% off codes you can share! Thank you so much!

Hi I have only been able to find two coupons which expire on 3/31/11. Can you point us out to any new sources of coupons please? Thanks in advance. Also any code you would like to share would be great.
