Yipee!! We use disposable diapers about 65-75% of the time (at night and when we are out and about or on travel), otherwise we use cloth diapers just when we are hanging out at home. I have a hard time with cloth diapering as I don’t like the clean-up aspect of it. But it does save us money, even just this 25-35% usage dropped our diaper bill by a lot. Those cloth diapering details and our $20K annual living expenses budget are HERE. As you can see, our diaper budget is $20 a month. Well, when we come across a deal like this, we are doing jumping jacks! Diapers are so expensive and it is such an annoying expense – although very necessary.
Well, let us tell you…. it has been a while since we have seen this amazing of a diaper deal on Amazon. Amazon actually has some of the best prices consistently anyway, so if you are not already buying your diapers on Amazon, here’s why you should normally (this is what we have been doing consistently for over a year)!
Here are the three ways to save to make the prices so low everyday:
- Amazon’s sale prices
- Then the 20% discount for being an Amazon Mom’s member and using Subscribe and Save (it’s free to join and anyone that takes care of kids can join, not just moms)
- Then they almost always have ecoupons for great savings from $1 – $3 ecoupon
So those are the “normal ways” to get some rock bottom diaper prices and shop from home! We spend $20 a month on diapers by doing this normally!
*Tip – the Club Size Boxes that Amazon sells are the same prices or even lower at times as Costco and Sam’s Club. Amazon is very, very competitive with these two big box stores on diapers and other club size packages on foods too!
Well….. hang onto your seats as there is some newsworthy savings above the normal stellar ways to save….. it will be of huge benefit to any budget!
Amazon Mom is currently offering a $25 diapers credit when you sign up as a new member for their 3-month trial. But with this sweet $25 to spend, you can combine ways to save as listed above and end up with $50-$60 of Pampers, Seventh Generation or Huggies diapers for around $10.
- First, if you are not already, you will want to join Amazon Moms for your additional 20% discount and the FREE $25 diapers credit going on right now – then come back here for the rest of the steps. Please note, this $25 credit will only work for those of you that have never been Amazon Mom’s members. You get a free 3-month trial, and then after that you will need to cancel if you do not wish to continue, otherwise you will be charged for this service (but you get Amazon Prime with it as well and it is so worth it – an article for another day as there are too many benefits to list here).
This is important: Claim your $25 diaper coupon and free 3-month Amazon Mom with Free Amazon Prime shipping membership until November 10th. Your $25 off coupon is not valid until the 18th of November. But once November 18th hits, then you will be able to use your $25 off coupon on select diapers!
Starting November 18th, 2013:
- Purchase a pack of eligible Amazon Mom diapers from this page. Be sure that it says “sold by Amazon” or it will not be eligible for the coupon code.
- To add it to your cart with all discounts, select the Subscribe & Save option at checkout to get the extra 20% off Amazon Mom discount, plus FREE shipping. (You can cancel Subscribe & Save later under your account options, after your order ships.)
- AND as a new Amazon Mom member, use the coupon code that is sent to you from signing up between now and November 18 at checkout to save $25 on any one pack of diapers. This is in addition to the 20% off Amazon Mom discount.
So there are several diaper options available for massive savings following the steps above, but here’s some ideas for you too!

Please Note: The additional 20% discount is for the Subscribe and Save option for the Amazon Mom’s program. Amazon states that you can cancel subscribe and save at any time, including right after the order has shipped. Do not cancel before your order ships though as it will cancel your current order!

While it’s still a good deal, the fine print does read, “Only the sizes and unit counts featured in the list of qualifying diapers are included in the event.” which would negate the first offer highlighted in the article. The size included ends up being around $10 for a club pack which is still good enough in my book !
