We don’t really celebrate Valentine’s (we save it for our anniversary), but last year I came home to a home cooked meal and decorations made from construction paper. He had tealights lit on cut out hearts. I didn’t have to lift a finger! It was so sweet and thoughtful. I loved it. 🙂 I even saved one of the hearts and framed it.

My husband and I enjoy cooking a nice dinner and then going out to one of our favorite restuarants to get a dessert to go. We bring that back home and get a nice fire going and then cozy up to the glow of the fire and eating/sharing our delicious desserts.
