Regarding Popchips what you can do is go on the website http://www.popchips.com and they have a link where you put your zipcode in and it shows you where you can purchase them.

I usually find them at Target, Safeway, and Whole Foods.
The ones sold at Trader Joes, and pretty much the same as well.
