Cut it into squares. Pour a can of Rotel tomatoes over it. Melt it in the microwave. Eat with tortilla chips. It also makes good mac n cheese. Prepare noodles as directed then return to sauce pan and add velveeta squares until it’s to your cheesy desired consistency.

you can also add a pound of sweet sausage (cooked, of course) to the rotel and velveeta – the dip is amazing, it’s one that we bring out for the super bowl.

Steam veggies (broc, cauliflower, maybe carrots) boil pasta, drain, toss veggies with pasta. Stir in chunks of Velveeta until it is cheesey enough for your family. (it doesn’t take much in our house)

I use it mainly for dips. Our favorite recipe is 1 small block of Velveeta cut into cubes, mix with 1 can of Hormel Turkey Chili (no beans) in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes stirring halfway through and serve with Fritos Scoops. I am excited to try it with the new Queso Blanco.

I use it all the time. Tator tot casserole (velveeta, c of mush soup, ground turkey, tator tots, garlic and onion powder), melted for nachos or tacos, mix with noodles/soup/meat for cheesy stroganoff, oh I know I have more. It makes the best mac and cheese too.

Velveeta melts very easily so it works great on nachos, in sauces and in dips. My favorite thing to make with velveeta is heated rotel cheese dip. I am intrigued by the new flavor. I usually use a mexican melting cheese for quesadillas such as queso oaxaca (mexican mozzarella) so I will give this a try to see how it tastes.

We use it for Green Bean casserole. (Best green bean casserole I’ve ever had & even my kids love it 2 1/2 & 16 yrs old). Also make nachos with rotel. Topped with ground meat cooked with taco season. Email me @ wendynoble70719@gmail.com if you want either recipe
