guys, be careful. it looks like this has a ton of strings attached. i took all the time to do this, and i’m really bummed, becasue it was a waste–although I was one of the first 100,000 people, the deal is you are “eligible” to “possibly receive” the points IF you go ahead and stay a night (NOT for free) first. Then, you are “eligible” to “possibly receive” the points. I registered my account, watched the video, everything: and my “points balance” is zero. this is one of those “if it seems too good to be true.” i wasted my time. and now they have my email address…grrrrrr.

Hi Ruth, It seems the language is really directed to let people know that first its not just a free night of hotel. Plus, they use that language to let you know that you must have a qualifying night stay to get the free night. What this tells us, is that its just Radisson making sure that their guests understand there are exceptions, but as long as you follow their normal policy that you’ll get your points you can apply (like sky miles), its just that you won’t have to stay many nights to get it. And lastly, your points aren’t deposited until your qualifying stay. You could probably call them for more details. We’ve taken advantage of things like this in the past and it can be a great way to save! Thanks Ruth!
