I posted last night that my husband and I were both able to get the Toys R Us gift cards. Well, today I was informed by the gift card mall that my order had been cancelled because it “was not approved by their security screening process”!! I responded and asked for an explanation but the customer service person said she didn’t have access to that info and gave me a number to call for their “second level team”.
So I called, was forwarded to that department, and was told they didn’t know why my order was cancelled because it was an automated security rejection.
I’m extremely unhappy with the company because they were absolutely no help in figuring out why my order was cancelled. Customer service is severely lacking there.
The good news is that so far my husband has not received a cancellation notice for his order.
Has anyone else had this problem with this company?
