We are so excited to share this healthy, bulk food buying deal idea for Wild Alaskan Salmon. First, it’s not cheaper than chicken, it’s not cheaper than beef, it’s not cheaper than pork. BUT…if you like salmon, if you desire to incorporate salmon into your family’s diet a little more – then this is going to be an excellent way to go!
First, it’s important to point out that not only is this going to be cheaper than the grocery store, but it is a much better salmon for a few reasons. The most important is that this is wild caught Alaskan Salmon. And yes, there is a difference – a BIG difference between this and any ol’ salmon.
Wild caught Sockeye Alaskan Salmon is recommended by leading health professionals across the board due to many factors. This article from TheHealthyEatingGuide lays out many of the factors and so we will just redirect you there. Also, Dr. Mercola talks about it as well as Dr. Weil.
After reading the above articles, one consistent statement is that Wild Sockeye Alaskan Salmon is far pricier – in fact, the priciest on the market, often times twice as much as the farm raised salmon.
Well, what we are going to share with you today makes the cost of Wild Sockeye Alaskan Salmon cheaper than the typical farm raised salmon in the grocery store – I know…EXCITING!!
That’s why we are excited to have a new affordable source and so our very rare salmon meals just increased to more frequent salmon meals due to this amazing discovery!
How would you like to pay only $6.99 per lb. for Wild Sockeye Alaskan Salmon instead of the $7.99 sale price in the grocery store for farm raised or the $10+ per lb. for the higher quality salmon in the grocery store?
Yes, we thought you would be excited about that and so that is why we are sharing this deal and opportunity for everyone in the nation!
A popular company called Zaycon Foods offers different meat offerings a couple of times a year. Once they sell out, it is gone until the next sale in about 6 or so months. They have a different offering all of the time. For example, we have purchased chicken, roasts, bacon, shredded pork and ground beef in the past.
BUT…they are having their Wild Sockeye Alaskan Salmon sale for only $6.9 9 per lb.
They will sell out!
What is Zaycon Foods?
This salmon is sold via Zaycon Foods which is a nationwide company that provides fresh chicken, beef, pork and seafood to families at an affordable price. Their meat is higher quality and in some cases a natural option. They only have meat offerings at certain times of the year and for a certain type of meat.
If it’s not sold in the grocery stores, how do I get it?
The way that this works is that you place your order online and then you will pick up your order from a local pick-up site as they are delivered to the area in a cold truck. Per the site: the salmon “comes fresh from the icy waters between Alaska and Canada, is an excellent source of high quality protein, and contains predominantly healthy unsaturated fats. Our Salmon is wild-caught, contains no dyes, and is boneless with skin on one side.” The pick-up spot is usually within a few minute drive of your home and they are in a parking lot of a private business/organization (like a church parking lot) and the pick-up time for your area will be on a certain date and a small window of time (usually 30 minutes) on that day.
To get this salmon for the price of $6.99 per lb., you do need to order in bulk. The bulk boxes comes in 25lb. cases and you can get multiple cases or split a case with several people. Whatever your needs are! Currently, you order today through the next few weeks (or until they sell out, which they do!) and then pickup is in October. For the specific date/location/time, you will need to check your area on the website.
This comes out to be $174.75 each 25lb.. box. This is an AMAZING price per lb. for this quality of salmon.
We often get two 25-lb. case boxes due to the affordable price, our desire to eat healthier on a budget and our family size. We also have a growing family and our little kids are getting bigger, so we are starting to need to make more per meal. They are packaged in 2lb. fillets, which is more than enough for a meal for our family of 7 and lunch for Alex the next day. This is about 12 fillets per box, and we desire to eat salmon about once every 2 weeks, so it’s perfect!!
We highly encourage you to look into this and to place your orders soon as they sell out of this product. One time, I waited too long and the locations that were 3, 15, 25 minutes away were sold out and I had to go with the fourth option that was 45 minutes away, when I literally had an option up the road. It was still worth the 45 minute drive, however, I don’t wait any longer because I want to pick-up close to home and order before they sell out.
Head to the Zaycon Site HERE and register (or log-in if already a member).
You have to be registered to see the prices, pickup and delivery details and dates for your area and additional details.
Don’t miss this event as it is only open for orders the next few weeks or until they sell out and then it will be gone again for a while!
Have you tried this salmon before…or any other foods offered by Zaycon?

We have been long time buyers of Zaycon chicken & just tried the salmon last week for the first time. We loved it and will be ordering it again. Our box was nice & flaky and a really good taste. Plus, it is several dollars cheaper than what we could purchase in the store.

The original article was written in 2015. You shopped two years later in 2017. Hmmmmm…..I wonder if prices on anything else went up over a two year period. Did you really think a rock bottom price was going to stay so low forever?

it’s 2018, they don’t have Wild Salmon anymore. only Wild Cod in May

Zaycon business is now suspended and very likely heading for bankrupcy and hopefully restructuring. A great loss to all who ordered the Salmon. Best prices anywhere on Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon.

This website broken, not available anyway. Tried multiple time but waste of time. Really frustrating.
