The coupon has no bar code and never said that no need to take flu shot to get the coupon book. Does anyone has success in getting this?

There is no barcode because there is not a price on the coupon book. This coupon gives you a free book. It does not say anywhere on the coupon that a flu shot is required – you get it as a reward for watching the video. If you get a flu shot – you automatically get a coupon book and you do not take the coupon in with you in that case.
