I am registered with que rica vida and have been for the past 6 months but have never received any samples let alone any full size products. All I receive is a quarterly magazine (half of letter size paper) that has articles, recipes and one page in the back has coupons (about 4 coupons). The latest one had 4 coupons for a box of cheerios $1 off, yoplait gogurt, cups or trix multipack for $1 off toaster strudel 0.50, totinos pizza rolls for 50 cents off.

This is a promotional link for this specific purpose – so you should get general mills products and coupons. Not a generic sign-up with them. Also, many are reporting all over the blogosphere that they are receiving 3-5 items including sample sizes, full-sizes and coupons. At least it is worth a shot!
