I have to be honest and say that I stopped buying most lunchmeats a while ago as I have a personal issue with the nitrates that are added, but I did buy this lunchmeat because at the time, the variety I was buying did not have nitrates. Perhaps this is why it is called “Natural Choice.” However, it has been over 9 months since I bought this last and I have not read the label since. But I think I will go and check it out again!
