I have been using Nordic Natural Omega-3s for about 4 years now. I began while pregnant with my oldest. She is now 3 and she takes them daily. Omega-3 is suppose to be good for brain development. My own experience is that she is the youngest in her preschool class. She entered while still 2 and keeps up with the kids that are almost 5. I don’t think these have hurt her in any way. Last year there was a big story about mercury inside of some Omega-3 capsules. Nordic Naturals was specifically mentioned as a brand that DOES NOT contain mercury. I am hooked on Nordic Naturals for my family. If you haven’t tried them yet I would recommend them to you as well.
