Hmmm – Maybe try a different browser or clearing your cache. Part of me is wondering if they are “out” and instead of just saying that, they are saying you have already claimed. I wonder if anyone else is having this problem….. Let us know if the new browser or cache clearing worked. Hope that helps! Thanks Val, we appreciate the updates!
