Where can I redeem these coupons? Most stores (Target,Walmart) do not accept internet coupons that require no purchase.

Unfortunately each area will be different and honestly some stores may be more lenient in redeeming these coupons. For example, our local Walmart has redeemed these without question.
If this is a problem in your area, we would recommend contacting the companies directly and asking whether they could either suggest a store to use this coupon or ask if they would send you a coupon directly (non-printable) that would be accepted by your local store.
