Oatmeal before bed? That’s really interesting! I’ve never heard of that before. Usually, I eat oatmeal first thing in the morning because I heard it’s great for giving your body the energy you need throughout the day.
Is there a difference between Scottish oatmeal and regular oatmeal? Maybe that explains it.
