Hi there! You may have stumbled across this page as you have a goal of losing weight and getting healthy! Well, never fear as we are in the heart of trying to reach similar goals!
We wanted to set up this page to go into more detail about supplements that Alex is taking during his fitness and health challenge! I am amazed at how much progress he has made! In the 15 years we have been married, I haven’t seen him lose this much on any diet this fast! The best part is that he is not cutting any food group out, just managing healthy food intake in a well balanced, baby step, healthy weight-loss program! I am looking forward to joining the challenge in some capacity shortly after having our baby in April of 2015, but while I am gaining weight these last couple of months, he is losing!! So he’s been an inspiration to me already to at least exercise and be more conscious about what I am eating.
Alex has a goal to lose 25 lbs. in 90 days. He’s been doing it secretly and on his own for the past 30 days just to be certain of what he was trying before putting himself out there to you and failing.
Well, the good news is… he’s actually lost 20 lbs in 30-days so far, so I feel very confident that he is going to reach his goal! I am SO PROUD OF HIM! Just yesterday when he did is weight-loss check-in on the scale, we both saw a number that we hadn’t seen in a long time!
Alex mentioned that he was taking specific supplements to aid in weight loss, but more specifically – general health.
