Bacon Caramel Popcorn Recipe

I love caramel popcorn. I mean who doesn’t? Well, you’ve heard the saying, “bacon makes everything better!” Caramel popcorn is no exception. If you didn’t think caramel popcorn could get any better, than you were wrong. Bacon makes it better. 😉

And if you want to kick it up another notch…add chocolate!

Yes, this is like the elite of the caramel popcorn. A huge hit for all and nothing but taste-bud worthy.

It’s also quite easy to prepare. Shall we dive right in?

Ingredients needed for Bacon Caramel Popcorn:

• 2 cups Popcorn (popped)
• 3 strips Bacon (cooked)
• 5 tbsp. Caramel Topping
• 2 tbsp. Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips
• ½ tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper

How to Make Bacon Caramel Popcorn:

• Add popcorn to medium size mixing bowl. Add ground cayenne pepper. Mix.

• Tear bacon strips into small pieces. Add to popcorn. Mix.

• Add caramel topping to mixture. Stir well.
• Add semi-sweet mini chocolate chips to popcorn mixture. Stir well.

• Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, place bite size popcorn balls into mini muffin pan or spread onto cookie sheet.

• Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
• Remove from freezer.

• Serve and enjoy.
