Our Walmart and Target Shopping Trips This Week

So we haven’t been shopping for a couple of weeks and needed to hit a couple of stores to snag the deals.  We went to Walmart and Target this week!

Here are the results of each trip!

Here’s what we bought:

• 1 Package of Little Lenders bagels $1.66
• 1 Great Value cream cheese spread $1.37
• 1 Great Value sour cream $1.24
• 1 Blue Bonnet spread $1.98
• 1 White Cloud toilet paper rolls $2.00 – $1/1 June All You magazine = final is $1.00
• 1 Sargento Cheese $2.54. Then used .55/1 = final is $1.99
• 1 Mac and Cheese Homestyle $2.00. Then used $1.50/1 Kraft First Taste site = final is .50
• 2 Muir Glen Tomato Sauce $1.50 = $3.00. Then use 2 $1/1 – $2 = final is $1.00 for 2 or .50 each
• 1 Pampers baby wipes tub for $1.97. Then used $2/1 PG 6/6 = final is .03 OVERAGE
• 1 Pull-ups flushable wipes refill $1.64. Then used $1/1 SS 5/16 = final is .64
• 14 Jell-O gelatin for .52 each = $7.28. Then used 7 BOGO FREE coupons SS 6/6 – $3.64 = final is $3.64
• 8 Jell-O pudding for .78 each = $6.24. Then used 4 BOGO FREE coupons SS 6/6 – $3.12 = final is $3.12

Walmart Summary: At Walmarts everyday low price, the total was $32.92.  We then used $14.81 in coupons. Our final total was $18.11!! Saved 45% over Walmarts everyday low prices!

Here’s what we bought:

• 1 Air Wick FreshMatic iMotion for $6.99. Then used $4/1 SS 5/16 = final is $1.99
• 4 bags of Archer Farms chips for $2.69 each = $10.76. Then clearanced to  $1.34 each = final is $5.36
• La Croix case of Lemon Sparkling water for $2.99. Then clearanced to $2.54.  Then used $1.25/1 = final is $1.29
• 2.5 lb. bananas at .51 a pound = final is $1.28
• 2 packages of Gold N Plum chicken at $5.49 a package = $10.98 on sale for $3.49 a package = $6.98. Then used 2 $1/1 – $2 = final is $4.98 for 2 packages or $2.49 each!
• 1 Eggo Waffles sale for $1.75. Then used $1/1 = final is .75
• 2 Sobe Lifewater for $1.02 each = $2.04. Then used 2 .50/1 Target coupons – $1.00 = $1.04. Then used BOGO FREE manufacturer’s coupon – $1.02 = final is .02 for 2 or .01 each!
• 2 Pillsbury dough baking sheet for $1.69 each = $3.38. Then clearanced to $1.18 each = $2.36. Then used .50/2 = final is $1 .86 for 2 or .93 each!
  
• 3 Pillsbury Big and Flaky Crescent Rolls for $2.14 each = $4.28. Then clearanced to $1.48 each = $2.96. Then used .50/2 = final is $2.46 for 2 or $1.23 each!
• 3 packages of Kraft 100- calorie cheese bites sale for $2.19 each = $6.57. Then used 2 $1/1 – $2 and 1 $1.50/1 Kraft First Taste site – $3.50 total = final is $3.07 for 3 or $1.02 each
• 1 Starbucks ice cream sale for $2.54. Then used $1/1 (previous coupon promotion – no longer available) = final is $1.54
• 1 Puffs tissues sale for $1.25. Then used $1/1 (coupon that came with the sample) = final is .25
• 2 Armour All Automotive cleaning wipes sale for $4.24 = $8.48. Then used 2 $2/1 Armour All coupons – $4 = $4.48. Then used $3/2 Target coupon = final is $1.48 for 2 or .74 each!
• 2 Gladware storage containers one at $6.49 clearanced to $3.54 and one on sale for 2.49 = $6.03. Then used $1.00/2 Target coupon = final is $5.03 for 2 (one is triple the size of the other – there clearance one, but there was only one left on clearance 🙁 and had 12 containers!) or $2.51 each!
• 2 John Frieda Root Awakening for $5.04 each = $10.08. Then used 2 $3/1 SS 6/6 – $6 = $4.08. Then used $3/2 Target coupon = final is $1.08 for 2 or .54 each!
• 2 John Frieda Frizz Ease hair care for $4.53 each = $9.06. Then use 2 $2/1 SS 6/6 – $4 = $5.06. Then used $3/2 Target Coupon = final is $2.06 for 2 or $1.03 each!
  
• 2 giant packs of Viva 18 roll paper towels regular for $17.99 = $35.98 on sale for $14.99 = $29.98. Then used 2 .50/1 = $28.98. Then used 2 $1/1 Target coupons = $26.98. Then received a $5 Target gift card for purchasing 2 = final is $21.98 for 2 or $10.99 each = .61 each roll!!
  

Target Summary: Total was $141.36. Then saved $41.11 on sale and clearance prices = $100.25. Then used $43.77 in COUPONS!! = final total is $56.48!! Saved 60%!!
