Okay – So this week, Kmart is supposed to be doubling coupons! First, I am feeling a little gun shy about advertising anything after our last Kmart coupon fiasco! I really don’t trust them a whole lot. But to add fuel to the fire, I am not seeing this advertised anywhere in the ad! Am I missing something?!?!
Anyway, I would call your store before hand to see if they are participating and if it is going on right now! If they are, then here are the rules for usage that we received from Kmart Corporate previously.
- This event is for select participating Kmart locations from April 4th-10th
- You can use manufacturer coupons up to and including a $2 value (i.e. if you have a $2/1 coupon, it will be doubled up to $2 for a total of $4 off the price of the item)
- You must be a member of the Shop Your Way Rewards program AND the cashier MUST swipe your reward’s card at the beginning of your transaction!!*
- Does not include Kmart Store Coupons or Kmart Pharmacy Store Coupons (i.e. Kmart coupons will NOT be doubled)
- Limit 5 total coupons per customer per day.
- If you are using more than 5 coupons in your transaction, ONLY the first 5 coupons will be doubled.
I haven’t ever really bought items from Kmart’s grocery and household departments. So I cannot claim expertise, and in fact not sure of what they carry! With that in mind, I suggest taking your coupons with you and plan to spend some time in the store! There is a 10 for $10 sale going on right now with over 250 items to choose from, which could make for some awesome deals with double coupons! They have a picture of about 25 items on the front of the ad.
You can use the alphabetical coupon index on the Grocery Smarts website to see a full list of non-expired newspapers coupons to help determine if there are coupons for the items you may want to purchase!
Also, visit coupons.com (the Glade coupon from earlier would make for a stellar deal!), RedPlum.com, and Smart Source in addition to the coupons that we have listed on our site to see if there are any items there that you would like to take advantage of!
Finally, Mercedes from Common Sense With Money has put together a list of FREEBIES at Kmart this week!
