YAY! Amazon has opened up their Amazon Mom’s program again! Spread the word and tell all of your daddy and mommy friends as this is big news and not to miss it!
Signing up for Amazon Mom’s does not commit you to anything, it just gives you the ability to get those extra discounts on diapers, wipes and other baby products. So it is something you do not want to miss.
The pattern that we have seen with the diaper and wipes prices on Amazon are typically much better than in-store prices everyday. Then with the Amazon Mom’s program, you will typically get diapers and wipes for a lot less than in-store, you do not have to mess with coupons and run around town, but rather get rock bottom prices online and shipped to your door for FREE!
The have had this program the last two years and it has been a huge blessing to many households. But then they closed the sign-up and it was very disappointing. So the fact that it is open right now is a HUGE DEAL!
Here’s what this program is all about: you will receive an additional 20% total discount on the prices of the diapers, wipes, baby food, etc., including on the items that are on sale as well! This is extra savings in your pocket. Every week, we go through and break down the best Amazon sale prices that week for diapers and wipes, so with this program – you will get that extra 20% discount with subscribe and save. . PLUS you will receive emails with even more special offers and savings. Anyone who takes care of babies and toddlers can sign-up for this program – for example: dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, care providers, etc.
The even better part is that when you sign-up, you will receive a FREE 3-month membership to Amazon Prime. This is great news as you will find that Amazon will have AMAZING deals in every department and we post those deals found in our Best Deals on Amazon category HERE. This is an extra savings!
So head over to Amazon Mom HERE and join the FREE program and reap the benefits.
With that in mind, make sure to check out this week’s round-up of best deals on diapers from Amazon showing both the prices with Amazon Moms and without Amazon Mom’s program!
Thanks My Litter

When I clicked on the link, it wants me to pay $79 🙁
thriftycas
Hi Julie – Have you had a free trial before?
Kristi
it did the same thing to me, Julie and I haven’t had a free trial before.
Elizabeth
Yeah its asking me to pay 79$ its not saying 3 months free its wanting my billing info automatically and saying my card will be charged – is that right?
Elizabeth
Ok I clicked cancel – and then email me deals – and it now says I should be signed up I guess?
thriftycas
Hmm – Maybe! It isn’t something we can test as we already have it – so I am not sure. Maybe go in to one of the diaper deals we are showing and see what price it gives you and then you will know for sure 🙂
Elizabeth
I got an email confirming im part of amazon mom but I guess w/o the free shipping since i didn’t sign up for prime. Oh well, at least I get the deals.
MELISSA
Actually without having the Prime you won’t get the deals, like on diapers you will only get 5% for choosing Subscribe and Save, if you had Prime you would save 20% Its something new they just started this year. If you buy diaper monthly or often it is worth the $79, you’ll get your money back plus more.
Jennifer Bowers
I get the free 3 month trial, but it still wants credit card to charge after trial ends.
Alex
Hi Jennifer, It makes sense they want your credit card as they want you to continue your Amazon Prime after the 3-month trial ends. We do love our Amazon Prime membership in our family (see more about that here). But it does look like you can cancel the Amazon Prime and keep your Amazon Mom benefits. The following is from there FAQ section: “If you’d simply prefer to cancel your Amazon Prime shipping benefits, you may do so at any time by contacting Customer Service. Your Amazon Prime shipping benefits (including Unlimited FREE Two-Day Shipping) will end immediately; however you’ll still receive other Amazon Mom benefits.”
Hope that helps!
Alex
Elizabeth
Guess I cant add that back on now hu? lol
I just didn’t want to give out my credit card info since it said it would be charging it – when I did the prime membership sample for christmas it didn’t require that info.
MELISSA
You also can go to your Account and click on the manage you Prime membership and you can choose to no auto renew your membership, that way you don’t have to worry about remembering to cancel it on time.

Thank you so much! My previous Amazon Mom subscription was attached to a student account that ran out of the free year of prime last summer. I was about to pay the $39 reduced student prime rate to get my membership back but now I don’t have to! I have a new student membership as I’m attending a new school so simply signed up with this link. Thanks so much for the heads up, this makes my day!

Ironic that the first time I’ve ever bought diapers from Amazon was yesterday when this wasn’t available…
thriftycas
Oh – I hate it when that happens. You win some and you lose some, but hopefully overall your budget is affected postively in the long-run even when you “lose” some 🙂 However, don’t miss signing up now so you don’t miss out on the future deals 🙂
Ashley
Gracias! I am gonna sign up right now
Maia
Thank you for this!! I was going to pay the $79 yesterday, luckily I didn’t. Thanks again.
Jennifer
I’m still getting the waitlist message! Are you still able to see that it’s open?
thriftycas
No – it is closed now 🙁 It was only open for about 6 – 8 hours! We will update the post! Thanks for update, we appreciate it!
Meghan
this actually lowers my opinion of Amazon – because thousands of moms had previously signed up for the waitlist (my hubby & i included) which stated we would be able to join when they had openings. However – now Amazon has just let people sign up – even for only a few hours – but none of those people on the ‘waitlist’ were contacted.
thriftycas
We had actually wondered if this was after they notified and let the waiting list respond first before making it public. We assumed that’s what they were doing as that is what would make the most sense and the reason why you would have a waiting list. I am sorry to hear that. I would contact Amazon and express your discontent with that situation and maybe they can find room for you!
Meghan
I got in this time! Glad they opened it again!!! I was looking for a way to contact them, but hadn’t found it yet. Thanks for posting the update!!
MELISSA
I was on the waitlist and they emailed me telling me they were taking new customers. I think they did only open it to the people who where on the list at first. Hopefully everyone got it its definitely worth it! I have 4 kids and have saved a TON of money!
d
It is not closed!! It would not let me because it said I already had a free trial in the past. But my husband has an account and it let me open it on his. It is just for new accounts or those that have not have one:)
Meghan
It was closed this afternoon – I’d never had any version/trial or otherwise & I couldn’t join. But because of your comment, Thrifty Couple posted an update on Facebook & I was able to sign up tonight!! So thank you for your comment – you totally got me Amazon Mom!!
d
I am glad you were able to open it:)
Heather Sutherland
I wish that it would work for me. 🙁
Tambra Coons
Im gonna go sign up!!
MELISSA
I didn’t read through all the comments so not sure if anyone else already put this info. They have changed the rules, to get the full 20% discount you have to sign up for a Prime membership. If you don’t have both programs, Amazon Mom and Prime then you only get the minimum sub & save discount which is only 5% off. It will say in the listing, “Save an extra 20% with Subscribe & Save and Amazon Mom” if you click the see details link it will tell you, “Receive a 5% discount on select diapers and wipes when you sign up for Subscribe & Save. Combine that with an additional 15% discount exclusively for Amazon Mom members who are earning free shipping benefits or have an active Amazon Prime membership to get 20%.”
I already had an account but when my free Prime benefits ended I had to pay $79 to continue getting the 20% and I opened a new account when they said it was open again and I can only get 5% unless I pay another $79.
The program is great but it use to be way better, we use to get free 2 day shipping on everything including subscribe and save items and a 30% discount and all you had to do was sign up for Amazon Mom, every month you spent a certain amount on diapers they extended your free prime trail I got a year for free. So it cost $79 now and you don’t get as much but its still cheaper in the long run than buying them at your local stores. Plus having free shipping is a bonus. For people that don’t wanna sign up for all the stuff and pay the $79 I have a website where I sell diapers and wipes for close to the same prices, with free shipping and secure checkout with PayPal. I also have an Ebay Store I sell them on.

In fact, any business or company needs a helpdesk and without it there is simply no way now. That’s why I recommend everyone to look and read in detail this very interesting article on https://wow24-7.io/blog/what-is-support-department-definition-and-meaning and I was able to learn a lot for myself just about the support service. I think it will be useful for many people. Good luck and success!

Have you bowed down before the here and powerful Oz? No, I’m not referring to the fictional wizard from Dorothy’s magical land. I’m talking about mass-marketed medical guru and Oprah protégé, Dr. Oz. And while he may be powerful, the scientific community is not convinced that his recommendations are all that great.
