Are you ready to hit the ground running with your weight-loss and health challenge? Now is the time and today is the day!
We’ve spent the last week sharing the tools, resources and tips to help you get started, set the goals, make the plans and be prepared for this EPIC DAY TO START!
1. To Get Started…..
We want you to FIRST check-in! How? By leaving a comment below with your goals! You can also share these goals in the Facebook Group as well to help keep you motivated and on track – especially when you can publicly state what your goals are and have more supporters, you can often have that motivation you need to succeed!
- Share what your overall goals during this 90-day challenge (like I want to lose 20 lbs. or drop 2 pant sizes, etc.)
- Share your short-term goals too – the goals you have for this week (including maybe how often you want to workout, water intake, sugar cutbacks, etc.)
- We will have a check-in each week!
- DON’T share your actual weight or size – just what you want to lose. That’s personal. 🙂 We don’t even share that!
- Be sure you are subscribed to the email list (HERE’s the email list link) because this is how you are going to ensure you get these posts when they come out! From this point forward, we will be sharing 1-2 emails per week with progress, giveaways, tips and more and the email ensures you get them!
2. To remember what we talked about so far….
You can visit the posts and read up on the steps to take before actually starting in the following posts:

3. To keep up with me, my progress and what I’m eating/up to each day….
- Follow me on Instagram – I just started this Instagram account for the challenge (you can also find us at our main account), but think it is fun to follow each other’s progress and daily activities to help keep motivated and inspired! Again, feel free to leave your Instagram link in the comments below too so myself and others in the challenge can follow you there as well!
Okay – let’s go!! Have fun and watch for me on Instagram throughout the week and check-in here on Monday’s!

Lately I have been using very good organic products, namely mushrooms and their supplements. Since I discovered these mushrooms, I feel much better. I had problems with mood and sleep, but I quickly got over it. If you are also interested, try https://thirdshroom.com/. I am sure that you should pay attention to these products. At the moment, these mushrooms are very popular and help many people.
