My husband and I both suffer from allergies. One way I save money is by eating raisins (grape seed helps with allergies) and drinking fresh squeezed lemon juice (in lemonade). Those things both help with my congestion headaches. Hot showers are great, too.

This would be so great to win. My middle son has allergies and the scariest part is they haven’t figured out what exactly is causing it. We have to be very careful with everything and keep track of what’s always going on….from what foods he eat, what soaps we use, where exactly he was at, etc.
