This.Is.A.Cool.Idea.
A nice pet feeding and storage station!
And you can buy one of these pet stations for a few hundred dollars….. but why not take an afternoon and make your own?
We love this DIY idea! It is so practical, nice and not a pet station eye-sore! It is brilliant!
It is also so nice to control feedings and keep the messes at bay a little easier!
With us having kids and a puppy, the bowls ALWAYS seem to be tipped over by someone! Well, another benefit to this design is that this prevents those careless tips.
Well, the Design Confidential site shares step-by-step instructions on how to make this piece from any similar type dresser! They estimate the cost to be $50-$75.
Either take an old dresser that you have or find one at a garage/rummage sale or thrift store! It doesn’t have to be pretty because you can paint the whole thing when you are done! You are going to be cutting it apart anyway.

What do you think of this idea?

Interesting and looks great, but I think many dogs would turn the dresser over. I’d talk with an engineer before building one.

Have you thought about two bottom drawers, then you would be able to leave the water bowl out but still regulate the feeding.

Transforming a dresser into a pet feeding and care station is a practical DIY project. Begin by removing drawers, adding bowls, and customizing storage for pet supplies. Finish with pet-friendly paint and decor. This repurposed piece combines functionality with style for happy pets and owners. stainless steel litter box
