I did this promo a while back and I live in Louisiana. My Wall Street Journal never has the sunday coupons in them and that was the whole reason I got the subscription in the first place

As long as we have known of the Wall Street Journal – we’ve known that they do not have coupons (and we didn’t say that they did ;)). This is not a publication that contains coupons. It is only for the purposes of being in the know (news related). Hopefully you got a FREE one like the one we mention here and didn’t have to pay for it if you were expecting coupons?!?!
