the pampers promotion for the free book started back in january and was only for the first 2500 people. i sent in for mine the day it came out and have not received anything yet and it was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks, it was probably snatched right away by mostly locals since their mail only takes a day to get in while ours takes three day to get there.
