I am excited that Walgreens has released another 15% off purchase coupon which is valid for Friday, Feb 12th ONLY!!! We scored some great deals last time, especially on diapers! But this time is even better!!! You can get the Huggies diapers for as low as $1.64 each!!! Wowza! This is definitely another incredible week to stock up on diapers!
Here’s how to get Huggies for $1.64 on Friday, Feb. 12th ONLY:
- Huggies sale for $8.99
- Then use 15% off coupon – $1.35 = $7.64
- Then use $2/1 = $5.64
- Then use $1/1 Walgreens Children’s Activity Book = $4.64
- Then receive a $3 RR to use on your next transaction, but when considering this RR = $1.64 each!
*Only 1 $3 RR per transaction. To find more Huggies diaper coupons, see our previous post for the list!
PLUS this Walgreens coupon can be used on most anything in the store to get that additional 15% off. For Walgreens brand items, you can get 20% off! You can also receive a text of this coupon by texting HEART to 21525!
To see Walgreens deals this week to use this coupon for see the full list on Grocery Smarts! Also, Collin from Hip2save has worked out some deal scenarios with the 15% off coupon! I think I will definitely be shopping on Friday!

I have a question… at my Walgreens you can’t use more coupons than items…. so when I roll my RR, will I need a filler?
thriftyal
Yes, our Walgreens is the same! I just try to plan ahead of what I could grab cheap as filler items. Like right now some of their Valentine stuff! It is an odd system, but when it works – awesome!!!

What is the Walgreens childrens’ activity book and how do I get one?
thriftycas
It is a book put out by Walgreens filled with activities for kids. It is also filled with loads of coupons for kids and baby items, coupons that you can use over and over again until they expire in March. They are usually found at the front by the checkstands – I would ask an employee where they are at. Also, you do buy them for $1 but you can keep using the coupons without having to cut them out, they can just scan them from the book! Hope that helps – my local Walgreens never received them 🙁

Just a heads up, but the Huggies RR are no longer rolling. Be prepared for a higher OOP cost and to walk away with your RR or use them on another item.

I purchased Huggies today and got a $3 coupon. I thought it was a RR so when I tried to combine another $2 coupon and the 3 register reward Walgreens informed me I couldn’t do it because they were both manufactor coupons, not actual register rewards.
thriftycas
I am not sure of this as I have never heard of your specific scenario before but you would not be able to use a RR that you received for Huggies for the purchase of more Huggies (all RR’s are like this, if you purchase Theraflu and received a RR for it, you could not then use it on more Theraflu). Also, you need to have the same number of items as coupons in order for the coupons to work. So if you turned around and purchased just Huggies and tried to use a RR and a coupon, it will not work – you would need a filler item so that both coupons would scan (again, as long as the RR was not from a previous purchase of Huggies). Walgreens can be quite complicated, but those are some rules with redeeming coupons and RR together.

Actually the activity book coupons are supposed to be turned in on each purchase, however most cashiers do not know this or ask for the coupon. This is why Walgreens is discontinuing the children activity books with coupons. This is why we are not able to find them at most locations anymore.
