Set-up your own movies under the stars! We have done this ourselves and our neighbors have also had family summer movie nights. You don’t need too many special things – just a garage door and a projector. Project the movie on a white garage door (from the outside) and let everyone bring their own chairs, blankets, snacks and don’t forget the Dr Pepper!
If you don’t have a white garage door, simply hang a white sheet somewhere on the outside of yor house to project. It works beautifully! We’ve also had the little kids make drive-in movie cars out of cardboard boxes.
