We used a binder very similar to this by Five Star (as the quality lasts much longer!) and we paid around $18 at Walmart a couple of years ago. It is a great binder and has lasted very well!
The one we found for you is even nicer as it has a file tab section, which ours does not have (we are considering upgrading to this binder! WE did upgrade ;)) as these file tabs are perfect for additional coupons, lists, ads, store coupon policies and full-page/odd-sized coupons and more. In addition, the quality is great and the reviews that others have said on Amazon is consistent with a great binder! Please note, the $2 off coupon that was available yesterday is no longer available, but the $12.99 price is still really good!

In addition, we use coupon pocket pages and protectors for the coupons. We recommend having a variety of sizes to accommodate different size coupons easier!

I have a 4″ & 3″ Case it binder that’s similar. Love the files in the front, use them for my ads and such. I got a new Case it (I have found this brand to be the best in terms of quality and durability) at Wal Mart for only $11.97! No shipping, coupon or waiting….I picked up a new 3″ the other day.
