We think that there is a better chance you will find this clearance only on the Sensitive and Extra Protection at Target stores nationwide.  Our suspicion that the Pampers Baby Dry Size 1 that were on clearance at our store was because the boxes on the shelf were really beat up, but since it was only those boxes in the Baby Dry diapers, it could be for this reason at our location.
