As we have mentioned before, our nine year old loves popcorn shrimp. I don’t eat seafood (except Salmon and Tuna) as I just can’t stand the taste. It is an unfortunate thing to not like the taste of as I know it is one of the healthier proteins out there (except the fried versions :)).
Well, somehow our nine-year old tried some popcorn shrimp. She thought it was the most amazing food ever and talks about it all of the time! She pesters us to get popcorn shrimp as a treat for her.
