HI KERI, You don’t need a Kohl’s charge, however, the codes may have expired. Did the EXTRA20 code work for the 20% off? We found both codes at the same time so they may have expired this past weekend. We used them for a personal order on Saturday too! Keep checking back for future codes 😉
