I (Alex) am the contact wearer in the family, but I usually don’t qualify for FREE offers because of my astigmatism. - Fill out a quick survey asking you questions about your contacts usage (<1 min)
- Fill out second page asking for your contact info to sign up (<1 min)
After you do that you can just print out your certificate!
