  • 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
  • 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
  • 1 ½ C pumpkin puree
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
  1. With a food processor (or blender) add your drained and rinsed chickpeas, pumpkin puree, salt,cumin, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Process until completely blended and smooth!
  3. Serve immediately or cover and store in the refrigerator.
  4. Seriously, that's it!!
