  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 fresh mint leaf
  • 8 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 4 drops Vitamin E oil
  1. Wash the cucumbers. You can try the Homemade Fruit and Veggie Wash to get them really clean naturally!
  2. In a blender or food processor, purée the cucumber and mint leaf. Set aside.
  3. Add the sugar and olive oil to a medium mixing bowl and stir well to combine.
  4. Add the cucumber/mint purée to the sugar mixture and stir well to incorporate.
  5. Add the peppermint essential oil and the Vitamin E oil. Stir again to blend well.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
How To Use Cucumber and Mint Body Scrub:
  1. Wet skin in the shower and apply the cucumber mint sugar scrub generously.
  2. Using a circular motion, massage skin and allow the sugar granules to gently exfoliate and the olive oil to moisturize.
  3. Rinse with warm water.
  4. Pat dry with towel.
  5. Apply your favorite skin moisturizer.
