Recipe type: Condiment
Cuisine: American
Serves: 2 c
Ingredients
  • ½ TBSP paprika
  • 2 TSp. Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 2 TBSP dried onion
  • 2 TBSP minced garlic
  • ½ tsp cayenne
  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ⅓ c. vinegar
  • 3 TBSP Worcestershire
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
Instructions
  1. First, just simply mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate, larger bowl, mix the wet ingredients together with a whisk or fork.
  3. Then just dump the mixed dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix with a whisk or fork.
  4. This can be used right away, or stored in the fridge for quite some time. All of the ingredients are a longer term storage condiment/spice and so it should last for at least a few weeks in the fridge. It doesn't last longer than this in ours because we eat it before we reach that point, but it will probably last longer.
  5. You should end up with about 2 cups worth of sauce.
